Pest control and spray of the container is done to prevent possible harm from insects to wooden boxes in the container. We strictly follow the packing standards & packing quality so as to save the interest of our valuable clients. We have specialization in ready to use customized slabs of granite and marble with skilled craftsmanship, as per specific sizes, thickness and designs for various purposes like kitchen counters, vanity counters, staircases and window-sills etc., with profoled edges of single, multiple and sandwich patterns.
Marble Packing
We offer two choices: packing in wooden crates or A frame packing whichever our customers prefer. Based on the dimensions of the slab sizes and customer’s preference. We are glad to handle any requested size need that you may require, that is one of our specialties.
Quality Control Measures – Packaging
- Every slab/ tile is inspected by the expert eyes of our Expert Quality Control Officers.
- Gloss meters are used to ensure consistent textures and assured polish levels.
- Defect-free edge cutting, perfect angles, and closely monitored thickness using verniers provide hassle-free end-use.
Packing of Blocks, Slabs & Tiles
- Standard Tiles are packed in carton boxes and then in wooden crates.
- Slabs are divided by nylon between each slab to avoid scratching.
- 2cm Slabs / 12 Slabs per bundle.
- 3cm Slabs / 8 Slabs per bundle.
- Blocks have no wooden packing and are loaded into cont.
- Cut to size jobs are packed according to clients request.
